i recently purchased a alpine car stereo from the car audio centre online , after fitting the stereo i discovered it was faulty and wouldnt play any cd , i paid £105 for the stereo then i contacted the company and told them it was faulty , i posted it back £12.50 postage and after about 20/30 emails to the complaints service they have kept the unit and the money and no longer answer my emails , totally ripped off . i have all the emails as proof . i`m not sure what to do next ? help .......
