Hi I'm trying to set up a repayment plan with good old Uncle Buck I owe them £600 and have offered to repay them back at £70 per month providing that they freeze interest and further charges. UB have sent me an email from "Plandeal collections" requesteing me to fill in a CFS / personal budget form that is 14 pages long with a lot of intrusive questions. They have also asked me to send a copy of my Bank Statement and Payslips (which I have no intention of supplying to them!).
