  12. Hi, Would appreciate some advice on the following matter. I was dismissed for some other substantial reason several months ago and am now negotiating the terms of the COT3 agreement with the Respondent. I agreed to a low settlement award (less than two months salary) on the basis that the dismissal was overturned and the reason for leaving was changed to "by mutual agreement".
