Hi, Can someone Help me please i got in a big mess this year with a pay day loan,i was made redundant from my company and I've been looking for a job,today i got a court form from Northampton county court Money Claim on-line i went on-line to check to see if its real, This women called Vanessa Wiggins who is there solicitor claiming £2309.76 Plus £80 court fee's so in total £2389.76 it says i borrowed £350 with £450 to be repaid after 27 days which in that time i lost my job,they said they sent me a default notice on the 22/05/2012 in this time charges and interest have accrued in line with the terms and conditions of the contract Resultant of this breach the claimant has suffered loss. Loan £453.41 Non Payment default,contact 601,collection attempts,monitoring,court admin,contractual interest at £5.89 per day until judgement £677.35 at date of issue total loss of issue of claim £2,309,76 i have kept all the email's of them chasing me up some i was shocked at was doshloans and paydayoverdraft from alex and andrew hart there was one strange email it said macbook online and it had paydayoverdraft asking me for money. i want to fight this and ive been on this forum before and you have helped me before.i looked up that i have 28 days to fight this so i have alot of time to gather up so much info from you guys help would be appreciated.
