  1. I have had a repayment plan in place with payday express. I have paid every single month without fail. It was for three outstanding loans. The total amount now owed is £220. They told me they would take the monthly payment amount and spread it over the three loans. However, about a month ago they started harassing me with 'escalation'. Perplexed, I mailed them - no reply. I checked my account and they have only taken the repayment amount off 1 loan mostly and have recorded a default on the other two even though I have it in writing that they would spread my repayment across all three loans. I have now mailed 6 times - got 'read receipts' for all of them. I sent a recorded 'signed for' delivery lodging a formal complaint last week. I've now just received a mail saying they have referred my account to a debt collecting agency. What the hell else can I do here?
  2. A few months back i was having real financial problems and resorted to a payday loan. ( i refused to belive they werr as bad as everyone made out) I missed payments and got charges and so on but last wednesday i made i payment plan with payday express which i was going to pay 15 pound a week starting from march, this agreement is in writing. However payday express went ahead and took out the outstanding balance despite our written agreement. They offered a full refund and promised the funds will be in my account within 24 hours which they are not so i have had to take out and overdraft with my bank to stop charges from being overdrawn and so on. (I know im rambling on but just trying to explain as clearly as i can!) Ive called and e mailed serveral times to see where my money is but they just keep giving me different times and i dont know what to do. I need that money asap for bills and rent ect. So basically im asking for another contact number or email for payday express if anyone has one and general advice what i can do to get my money back quicker. Thank you in advance for any info!! (ps, spoken to my bank and they cant do anything about getting my money back)
  3. Hi, Briefly: Im with Payplan. Here's link to my post about all my PDL's: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?363762-4-Payday-Loans-now-with-Payplan-but-.....&p=3974544#post3974544 Apparently all have accepted the offers but PaydayExpress have called about 8 times every day (no message) and 8 times today plus called work. Before anyone says I have just sent the harassment letter which they got today but where do I go from here? I know I can complain but to whom? Many thanks, Jon
