  1. Hi If I have posted this in the wrong place than I apologise and please move to the correct forum I am looking for a bit of advice on using the Courts in reclaiming around £6,000 PPI which has been rejected by the Card owners and it is too late via the FOS. I am unwilling to use MCOL due to the £495 fee which is 70% of my income. However I am considering using the Small Claims Court but need a little bit of advice on fee remissions I am a retired British Ex Pat who is married to a Filipino with 4 children and currently surviving on a company pension which is bellow the fee
  2. Appologies if I have asked this previously ... I am living in SE Asia and now wish to take out a small loan as we need work done on the home. The company that I have applied with is a big multi national company with offices in most major cities throughout the world and have applied through the local outlet. Am I correct that in assuming I am required to submit the "Residence, Remittance Basis" form. No point in submitting the R85 form as the banks here would not know what it is
  4. Hi Back for a little more excellent help and advice. I am an ex-pat who requires a Credit Report from both Experian and Equifax but as I have no bank account in the UK I am unable to obtain the report. I have no family left in the UK and most of my former friends have now disappeared therefore unable to obtain a £2 PO and my current bank no longer issues cheques. The other problem is when I try to do this on line it requests a UK address which obviously I do not have. I contacted one CRA who say that all I need to do is send a £2 PO, but when I inform then of the problem a
