I got a PCN on my dad's car and he did named driver when he got the letter, but I forgot all about it's my fault been away in Helmand. I'm back staying in barracks training and my dad has phoned saying Marston are threatening him about my PCN, I tried paying the council but they told me to call the bailiffs and they want me to pay over £400 for a £60 penalty. The bailiff was aggressive and shouting and my mum who is not well, stressed and the bailiff followed my dad in a white van and sitting outside their house. I need to sort this and pay the fine but these charges are well too high and I can't believe people can do all do this and has landed in a deep pile of fecal matter. Please help, any ideas?
