  1. We are approx. 4 months behind on my mortgage payments to Kensington due to my OH being unemployed for quite sometime. He is now in full time employment and we are in a position to pay some money off the arrears (£200 per month). Today however we received a letter from NCI who called to the house whilst we were both in work, asking us to contact him directly on a mobile number within 48 hours to arrange another appointment. I need some advice please. Firstly what is the best address to write to (Kensington) to offer the extra payments via a payment book or through bank, I am not prepared to
  2. Hi All We are facing a horrid time with the Bank of Ireland Litigation team and are in urgent need of some help to set aside a repossession judgment. As time is of the essence I won't go into all the issues we have with how we are being treated by this Bank here (but will return to explain more later) Basically we have a very small portfolio of properties which is instead of a pension. 3. Hi guys, I need advice. I got a letter from nciuk.com and they called to my house the other day. I told them I didn't have time to talk to them but they called last night and I arranged a meeting tomorrow. Have I done the right thing or should I cancel? I literally have no idea about these people. He keeps telling me he cannot discuss the details of the account and that they are just a 3rd party hired by banks to do a report about why my debt hasn't been paid rather than there to collect the debt. When I asked if it was to discuss payment options for paying it back he again
  4. Just had my Mam on the phone she said I have recieved a letter at their property from a company called NCI with a fella saying for a debt with Halifax it has been passed to them as Halifax want them to set up a meeting with me and this lad is to make a visit to the property if I don't respond by today, but she said no one has came today. I assume the letter must be dated a few days ago. I got the reference number and the blokes mobile number, what should I do here, do I tell him where I live now, ask for time (I'm currently waiting till I get paid on the 22nd so I can go and collect
