Hi, I am a TSB customer, have been since I left school (previously Llyods TSB). For months now I am getting texts from them, at first they would call me. I answered and told them I am not a customer and to lose my number. I thought they had gotten the hint but I keep getting someone else's texts alerts. Saying 'Your debit card pin has been sent' 'your address has been changed' ' a new payee JANE has been added'. These seem legit, but I am getting fed up with them. Do I go in NatWest and tell them? I don't know how they got my mobile number, I think someone just accidentally gave them the wrong number. But I thought they would have sorted it out by now.
