Hi, I've spent all evening going through my Capital One statements and filling out spreadsheets calculating my PPI claim that I intend to start against Capital One. I've also read through dozens of other threads trying to understand the process, but still have a couple of questions. 1) Is there a template letter to send to credit card institutions? The only ones I have found are from a link to the consumer wiki but they all relate to loans from the look of them. Or do I just send the PPI Consumer Questionnaire from FOS directly to Capital One? 2) Do I include a copy

Hi Everyone. I would really appreciate your input on this issue. I just received a Default Costs Certificate from Chester County Court. The letter was redirected from our old address in Wales (we have now lived in the South East of England for the last 3 years). The letter states: "As you have not raised any points of dispute on the claimant's bill of costs, the costs of the claim have been allowed and the total sum of £604.85 is now payable. You must pay this amount to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this order (1 June 2015)." Now, this is the first time I hear o

Hi, Since leaving British Gas, I called them up as soon as I moved, gave them my new address (logged the call, and the transfers thereafter as usual) and voila, was presented with a bill (just £150). 6 Weeks later, I get Moorcroft on the blower (some girl called Scarlet)... Heh, well I have fn flirting with her... In short, they didn't get too far with me... I got back to British Gas gas with a big "?" asking where the bill was so I could factor it into the other wads of monthly paperwork that I'm subjected to. Anyhow, They "didn't realise that I had left"... *sigh*.... so
