  2. Hi I booked my son for an 11+ mock exam for £25 at local school. The exam is to be held in May. After I had done the booking online, I realised that my son will not be in the country that day. I got in touch with the organisation who arrange this mock exam and told them to change the date but they refused. They said that the online booking system did not allow them to make this change. I asked them to cancel the booking all together citing the Distance Selling Regulations as I was within the 7 day cooling off period for goods and services and could change my mind. Haven't heard anything yet. Money is tight and I can't afford to lose £25 just like that. The website warned me before booking that the date could not be changed. I want to cancel, is it possible to use 'Chargeback Scheme' as I paid using my Co-operative Bank debit card? Thanks in advance.
