  2. Hi Thank you for the wealth of information I was wondering if I could also get some help here. I have received a Claim form (issued 8th Oct) from Northampton CC Bulk Centre and the claimant is Lowell with their sidekick Bryan Carter with regards to an old mobile phone contract.   3. I took out a 24 month contract this time last year. I moved into my new house a couple of months ago and most of the time there is no signal whatsoever. I have to go up into the attic just to get one bar, and even that fluctuates. There is also no signal at my parent's house. What are my rights? Am I able to end the contract early? Thanks.
  4. I've just been 'advised' by a T Mobile sales person that if I get another contract, for T Mobile but from a 3rd party, ie carphonewarehouse, that i cannot keep my existing number. The only info I can find on this is that you can keep your number if you change providers, but I'm keeping the provider, I'm changing the company I get the contract from. I don't believe this, am I right in thinking this isn't true?
  5. I have been in dispute with T Mobile for 3mths. After 6 yrs needed to leave as no reception at new house. They came up with charges not in my contract and then decided they had made a mistake. By this time had checked all my paperwork and they had removed a Loyalty discount applied when I intended to leave to go to new provide 2 years before. They had not written as itstated they must give 30 days notice. Told my bank that they had called for unauthorised payments and they recalled without telling me!
