received a PCN in the post from New Generation Parking Management 18 months ago - I sent them an email informing them that I am just the registered keeper and not necessarily the driver. (I used the template from this group) NGP never responded to my email. They have now passed 'the case' on to ZZPS/Wright Hassall Solicitors who have just informed me that the Protection of Freedoms Act allows them to County Court me. Is this right? (I did not state who was driving) The driver (my wife) has recently died and would I still be liable for the charge? This has really upset me and Wright Hassall after I told them that one of the drivers of the vehicle was now dead. TIA -
Hi, This is a notice for anyone who has been -------- by the infamous Vance Miller'. He is not allowed to have any companies in his name but there are approx 30 kitchen companies in his aliases! Please help us to stop this trader from continuing to--- people from 18-86yrs old.------- but without support we cannot do anything to prevent him from making his millions ! Thanks. Hi - me again I have a couple of PPI claims going on with Welcome at the moment - one with the FSCS and one with Welcome directly (see my other thread for the debacle that has turned into!!). I had some loans prior to 2004 that Welcome has told me I have to pursue directly with the insurer, not them. They say the PPI policy was underwritten by a company called Miller Direct, but I can't find any details for this company. Has anyone heard of these guys? Thanks in advance, Mike.
