Blood pressure back to normal now Live in Northern Ireland under housing authority accommodation. hi,wonder if anybody can help. i have recently changed from a prepayment metre to a smart metre and now my bill has went from £30.00 a week to £70.00 a week,contacted utilita and they said something is using electric between 4am and 6am which is nonsense and want £250.00 for a new metre if this one is faulty. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, rob.
