My friends DH is 60 and has early dementia, he is currently in hospital due to dehydration and bed sores and has been doing well, apparently due to his dementia and the fact that he is in a situation where he is scared - IE in hospital and not with his wife he 'apparently' attacked two nurses and drew blood. They have taken him from the care of his wife and put a DOL on him. He is NOT violent with her, its the situation he is in that may have caused him to lash out. My friend is terrified that he will be taken away from her, she can cope with him at home whilst I appreciate that nurses need to be protected, he is a scared vulnerable ill man and surely he cant be penalised for that. She has a meeting next week, but feel that she needs legal advise to ensure that the fact that its the environment that's has caused the issue not the fact he is dangerous and needs residential care. What would be the next step for her to ensure her rights as well as his are ensured

Please, could anybody help with some advice. If an agreement was defaulted s87 1, then Terminated, then proceeded to court, and at court an order was made to adjourn with a liberty to restore, would................... 1) the agreement be restored. 2) The Termination revoked 3) The Default removed The way I see it, if the agreement was not put back prior to the creditors actions, then surely the account would still be terminated, am I right or wrong. Hi to all I have been legally parking my taxed,mot'd and insured vehicle on a public road which is a cul de sac as it has public access to a small wood where I walk my dog. The residents (mostly retired people) have a dislike of people parking on their street I've even suffered abuse shouted even though I'm simply going about my law abiding business and there is public access at the end of it and the vehicles are legally parked and not restricting their access in any way. Today I noticed new signs have been installed saying "ROAD USE HOUSEHOLDERS ONLY" they appear to be legit council signs, there is no info of any fines/punishments should a non resident park on this public road or have any double/single yellow lines been painted. Any ideas as to what my legal position is should I decide to park my vehicle for an hour while I walk my dog?. Is this sign even legal as I see this as an infringement of my civil liberties I pay road tax, this is a public road I should have every right to legally park on this road. Your thoughts would be very welcome
