  1. Hi all. I purchased a vehicle from DSG autos and after I reached the half-way point, I voluntarily terminated the vehicle. DSG wrote to me and said that as long as the car was picked up by 29th April, then no further sums would be due. I would have to sign a premature termination contract. The car was collected on the 27th April. Now Leaseplan/Network have issued a credit note for £629 - 2 payments worth. DSG have told me to write to them and request information as to why I have been asked for this money since the car was returned by the 29th April. The sums due have accumulated between 30th May 2012 and the 9th June. We have the collection note that proves collection on the 27th April! I have been told to write to Network and ask why these sums have have been asked for as the vehicle was returned on time. I am also worried about my very clean credit history having a late or default payment on it. DSG told me to say that I am not refusing to pay this money – just to ask why I have been charged it as according to the terms and conditions, I have fulfilled it. DSG said to say this to avoid a default charge. Shall I do this? Anything else to know or say? Thanks everybody.
