  1. Hi, I am on JSA and am currently with a work programme provider. I have two issues I hope someone can help me with. First I have been told that I need to attend their (the work programme provider) site for regular jobsearching on their system, but I was also told I need to leave a written record of jobs I have applied for with them at the end of the session (telling me this is mandated for everyone with them on JSA by the DWP). I am sure I have read in this forum somewhere that I do not have to leave this written record for data protection and other reasons, does anyone know where I can find t
  2. Most of us will now have finished with signing on until the New Year (thank goodness too!). Just wanted to remind everyone to keep doing jobsearch over Christmas and New Year and don't give the JC any excuse to say you didn't look for work during this period - I'm sure they're hoping to catch loads out when we start signing again next year. It's a pain to do but as we're paid for these weeks then technically we're obliged to meet the criteria and look for work too, so make sure you cover yourself over the holiday period with enough evidence. I'm using CV-Library and Reed, clicking on
  3. Ive been put on on a regular supervised jobsearch with ingeus. The sessions will be 3 hours long, but i usually find i can do all my searching in not much more than 30 mins (unless there are lots of new jobs appear at once). Does anyone have any suggestions of how to pad this out to 3 hours? I dont have any problems with going to their sessions, i just dont wanna sit like a lemon for most of it, or worse - have the supervisor use it as an excuse to do the jobsearch for me and push me into jobs i dont wanna do.
