They have just had an article regarding the element of council tax payable by people wholly reliant on benefits, the 10- 20% shortfall causing arrears, as was expected councils are seeking loads of LOs, a woman who was affected turned up to the kangaroo court and told of what we already know, how the council run it, etc etc, it should be repeated between 7 -8 and 8 - 9 What they didn't say was how these people risk gaining a new best friend, a bailiff, if they don't pay the arrears, and in the case of the woman £75 costs for getting the Lo against her.
