  1. My house caught fire via my neighbour who has admitted responsibility, the insurance have made suggestions they may void Claim due to previous history not being divulged . If this happens (not confirmed yet ) what steps would you suggest next ? Suing my neighbour ? Please could someone advise my next steps and who to contact please

  3. Hi,looking for some advice please.heres my story. On october 20th this year i had a collision with anothe car.We both refuse full blame and exchange details.After looking at the damage we both agree minimal damage and will sort our own cars therefor no insurers or police were informed.A few weeks later he gets in touch after finding out his damage is way more than he thought and is now trying to put full blame on me asking me to pay it or call insurers.My company need any crash to be reported within 48 hours or they wont get involved and this is 3 weeks later he comes asking for money.I refu
  4. Hi, I’m looking for some advice regarding life insurance sold with mortgages. My in laws took out a re-mortgage on their property in 2003 with HSBC. When they took out the loan they were sold a life insurance policy as well, I’m not sure at the moment if it covered anything else like critical illness etc. as they have lost the policy documents and we are waiting for copies from HSBC. At the time of taking out the mortgage my mother-in-law was 62, and on long term disability benefits, and my father –in-law was 60 and also on benefits following an accident, he is also main carer for my mother-
