Hi folks, I hope you can provide me with some advice. I was visiting the Shell Garage on Salterhebble Hill in Halifax. I briefly pulled over to take a phone call and have a coffee. I wasn't aware the area was being actively managed, but I have now received a PCN claiming I "was parked in an area that should be kept clear at all times". Can anyone advise? Hi, I need some help please. I live in a block of flats with private parking, electric gates. When my husband came back home one morning our parking space was occupied and he parked in a different space without checking if the parking permit was displayed. As you can imagine I have received a penalty from OPC. I wrote to them on the 25/03/2015 asking to provide a copy of the contract and evidence that they are entitled to receive the sum claimed. This is just to inform you that I was looking at my credit report recently and noticed a search had been made by William Hill. I knew nothing about this and do not gamble. So eventually found out someone had set up an on-line account in my name and had purchased vouchers by cash to use on games. William Hill could not confirm to me which date of birth was used or email address. Only that I should contact the police and they have loss money. When I contacted the police they stated I had not suffered any loss, so therefore it is not considered a crime. Still not a pleasant feeling

Ok so the story so far; I took out a loan whilst serving in the Army (Microloans) in 2001, I was paying like clockwork and if I had trouble meeting a payment (once or twice) I would immediately get in touch with the loan provider which was imperial consolidated finance. I had the guarenteed payments plan on it etc. I left the Army in 2002 under medical circumstances and fell on hard times, I liaised with the provider etc and tried keeping everything above board.
