Hi All I hope you can help. Received a PCN in post for: 02 parked or loading / unloading in a restricted street where waiting and loading / unloading restrictions are in force. Davenant Street, E1 at 11:58 My dad had stopped there to check the signs to see whether he could park and when he saw he could not he returned to his car and left. PCN Images and recording I've obtained timings of: 11:59:02 until 12:00:35 Is there any way this could be appealed at all? I have just noticed the time of the PCN notice sent by post is incorrect (by 1 minute!) Does this make a difference at all? Thank you
