I was checking my Noddle file and found a CCJ against me at my old address. It says it is still active but it is over 5 years old. I have no idea what it is for as I was living at the address at the time and already paying another CCJ off . I would have responded to this. My question is should I let sleeping dogs lie until the end of May next year and let it drop off after 6 years or should I query who it is from with the courts? In doing so would I reset the clock with whoever brought it against me?
