  1. I am at my wits end - any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. In my youth I was an idiot (25 now) I got into the trap of credit card then more then loans to cover the cards then loans to cover the loans. I have between 13-15K of debt across multiple cards and loan companies. I was barely keeping my head above water and then I was forced to resign due to my mental health and subsequent breakdown. I am prescribed meds - see doctors weekly - under psychiatric care etc. I am claiming ESA (first benefit in my life) however my debts are approx £850 month and therefore I cannot under any circumstances afford to pay. I have tried StepChange but the results were rather confusing - saying I am un-eligible or do not fit any criteria. So please...Any advice on my situation? I am beyond disappointed in myself - and would love to amalgamate all debts into one 'affordable' monthly payment. Thank you in advance. JB
  2. Just been for an atos wca, never felt more embarrassed in all my life my health problems are:- depression, chronic phobic anxiety, and agoraphobia. I put this on my esa50 form my brother drove me and my mum to my appointment, sat in waiting room, panicking and anxious for about 15 minutes over my appointment time, before i finally got seen, by a HCP (male aged roughly 30) After I had sat down and he started his assessment, he said he would start with my gynaecology problems, (menorrhagia) ( i assume my dr had it on my health report they sent them) He wanted to know the in's and out of this problem, I was so embarrassed, have tried finding out on the internet if this has any influence on my assessment, but to no avail was hoping if anyone on here would know, if it would not why would they even mention it in the assessment thanks
  3. Hi all! Hillesden securities have issued a claim through Northampton Bulk for a debt the bought off Black Horse. I CPR'd 31.14 and filed AOS. No docs received. Embarassed defence submitted. I wrote again CPR31.14 and have received a letter stating they are awaiting docs from original lender and will forward a copy to me as soon as they receive the same. In the meantime my account is on hold??? 1. How can they put my account on hold if already in the court system... clock ticking??? 2. Can I apply for strike out (N244) as CPR31.14 request has not been either correctly provided and I have not been notified when they will provide them. 3. What do I need to do next? All advise very gratefully received. Thank you
