  1. The Issue One of the neighbouring offices at my place of work has recently added an EE signal booster box to their office, which effectively acts as a 3G mast which then routes all calls though their internet connection. You can't opt in or opt out to this like on Vodafone or other networks, if someone has one on EE, your EE phone will simply use that connection when in range. I used to get a moderate 4G signal in my office without any call quality issues, but now my phone has a full 3G signal instead. Their internet connection is terrible and my mobile internet often cuts off and ca
  2. Hello there Utility company is billing me for tenant’s usage – I have rented a house that I never actually ever got to live in! The first tenants registered the utilities in their name, the next tenant who moved in did not. The Tenant moved into property for approx. 12 months and did not register with Gas and Electricity provider. The tenant moved out of the property and EON I assume have found my residential address from land registry and wrote to me in February advising that there is a £1400 outstanding bill. I contacted them and advised that the tenant was r
  3. Six years ago I found the details of someone else with the same name (almost as she is a Miss and has a middle name unlike me) and dob on my credit report, I was able to have this removed and have an excellent credit score. However, over a year ago Lowell started ringing me and sending me letters about this woman's debts. I've not had any accounts or involvement with any of the companies who have passed on these debts. The first one I ignored and they subsequently passed it onto a debt collection agency who told me they had proof that the goods were delivered to my add
  4. Hi all, Amongst my duplicate credit card copies, sent to me by a well known credit provider, were 6 pages of another totally different person. What is my best course of action here?
  5. Hi. I have suddenly started to get someone elses mail at my address. On the mail the address is my address but the person named, I have never heard of. My wife has refused two parcels and today I have a letter for this person. My neighbour has confirmed that it is not a previous tenant as he has lived next door for almost 30 years. I have only lived here 6 years. I feel very suspicious about this. Any comments or advice appreciated. thanks. Paul
  6. Hi everyone. I hope I've posted this in the right area. I need some advice on what to do as I keep hitting a blank for advise everywhere, even the CAB were not helpful. Me and my wife bought our first home in September last year, the guy we purchased from was a guy who lived on his own, nearing retirement, all four kids moved out of home for some time and looking to downsize. We'd not long moved in to the property when we had a few pieces of mail turn up for one of his sons so we just handed them to the estate agent we brought the house through to pass on. We later foun
  7. Hi Guys Will put the Vodafone Ref Shortly. Have a contract with Vodafone. One of the lines was recently taken out and a Galaxy Note 4 was supplied with a number that ive later found out was a recycled number. I got my bill today and ive been charged £19.99 for a unlock code I haven't requested. The IMEI number given was an Iphone, I later found out this was the previous account holder to that number.
