I have been with DMA (Eurodebt) for over 11 years now. Their fee has risen about 4 times. Money I pay to creditors is less than their fees. I recently checked my credit report and I am clean as all debt are over 10 years old. My outstanding debt is almost 40K with about 10 creditors. I am now thinking of ditching eurodebt and deal with the DCA myself. I am thinking of taking a 5k loan so I can pay off my debt on pro-rata basis. I was wondering if DCA will accept 10% of the debt as full and final settlement? Since debts are now over 10 years old, can DCA
well yesterday i applied for a job and they called me on the same day to invite me to an interview, unfortunately i couldn't attend as i had something planned which i told them..they said they were only holding interviews today and was i sure i couldn't attend. then today when i went for my advisors appointment at one of ingeus sub providers and they asked me if i minded them sending my c/v off for the very same job, i replied by saying i had already applied and they said nothing more about it. is it possible the sub provider knew about the events of the previous day or it was just a
I am new to this forum and hope that someone could guide me. I got into financial difficulties back in 2001 with credit cards and loans. Between my wife and I we had debts of £ 76k. In order to resolve matters we went into a DMA with Pay-plan and from 2001 until 2008 managed to reduce the debts to around £ 46k. We have never had any CCJ's against us and made no use of the cards since 2001. I have not had any credit since that time. In 2008 my wife and I separated and divorced in 2009. As we had no assets the Divorce Consent Order was that I would continue to repay debts at £ 63
