Just a quick bit of advise please. As per the thread title, spent over £500 on laptop Nov 12, boy has slept on laptop and squashed the screen. Went onto PC specialist to order a new display to find none in stock. Emailed support to be told the company that supplies that display has gone bust and they have none and can't get any. I know the accident was entirely my boys fault, but want to know what rights I have with regards to not being able to get spare parts on a newish Laptop. Many thanks
