  1. I wonder if someone can help me - Ive got a interest only mortgage with GE MONEY which has been in arrears but OK now. Over last few years have had a few payment arrangements with them and as a result they have added lots of £40.00 admin fees. I think these add to over £2500 throughout my hardship. I just wanted to check that was all above board, seems a bit harsh in times of hardship that they actually made more money out of me. Any advice as always is appeciated!

The human resources woman that is dealing with my disciplinary case stated to my union rep, that i would be better off resigning as it is not looking good for me, this was done in an open room with other people about. should she have the right to be judge and jury and is there anything i can do about it. I have raised a formal grievance (i had a signed statement off my rep) but as my disciplinary is tomorrow i think its gonna get swept under the carpet. ANY ADVICE?
  3. I am off work at the moment with depression. My spouse took the sick note in and my boss started launching into a conversation about how useless I am at work, and how I will be having disciplinary procedures started against me soon amongst other more personal criticisms. Also my boss told my spouse that I could give less than the required level of notice if I wanted to leave and if I left now I would leave with a good reference, but if I went onto the disciplinary procedure my reference would be compromised.
