  1. I attended a small claims hearing and I was extremely anxious. I also suffer from ADHD with exasperates the anxiety by x10. I told the court usher about my adhd and asked for it to be passed onto the judge for his info (also so that if he does not know what adhd is, he can google it). After about 3 hours of waiting, I finally went in. I was trembling with the stress of waiting all that time! I asked the judge if we could speak alone for a moment as I wanted to discuss a private matter (I wanted to explain my ADHD had turned me into a quivering wreck and why that was so that he could account for it). To this the judge refused to speak to me and then blasted me for wasting the court's time! He said I should say openly in the room what my personal issue was! I am registered disabled because of my mental health and I could not believe the way the judge was treating me. I did not feel it appropriate to explain my disability in front of the other prty- which is my right! As a result, I was unable to articulate my case and I lost ( almost £4k). Does anyone know what I can do and if it is worth appealing based on the judge discriminating against me based on my disability/ adhd?
  2. I had a meeting with HR as they wanted to know what my hobbies were. I said my hobbies did not effect my work health nor my normal life. It just makes things easier if anything. I said why do I have to explain what I do in my personal time when no one else at work has to. They did not give me to this day a clear answer. As I said before this does not effect in any way my disability but I was forced to put it in writing what I do with my spare time. They said others can volunteer to disclose such information. Why was I not given that choice? Nobody else has had to do this. Is that discrimination? To make it fair shouldn't everyone have to do the same.
  3. heres my list, its much simpler to put like this because there is so much. -shift change, the change my shift whenever they like - they make me work loads of pallets against company polices. _ive been shouted at infront of other staff _i get no help but the other members of the night shift work as a team, or the other person who i work with gets help except for me. they have left notes on my chiller door (where everyone walks pasts and can see the note) complaining about my rate of work and style of work. _what the others work is nothing compared to what i work. but i get loads of grief if i dont work over three isle in my supermarket they work one. please can someone help me thats just a small list of what has been happening, ive filled in a questionnaire of night safety and explained the work load is to much. but they are not listening. its getting harder now were getting to xmas and my pallets are doubling but still they dont reduce what i have to do or give me help. please someone help x
