  1. Can someone kindly advise how to calculate possible PPI reclaim amount ? I have calculated my monthly PPI interest amount figure using forum details located in which I have already paid over120 months but still have 60 months to expiry. Any assistance would be appreciated as I would like to know a possible figure in order to compare with Welcome's offer if successful.
  2. Hello I hope I can get advice. I took out a secured loan in January 2002 for 8000. I obtained the loan through dial4aloan. The loan was arranged and the lender was endeavour. It appears I also was sold ppi of 1200 added to the loan. Well I am trying to reclaim the ppi. However all organisations are blaming each other for selling it. Dial 4 a loan state they only recommended ppi. Yet the ppi policy is on endeavour paper. Aviva say they have no responsibility either. So what happens when no one will accept responsibility? Thank you
  3. A few years ago my husband applied for PPI refund from a loan with swift advance, although he was definitely mis-sold it his complaint was rejected eventually via the Ombudsman as nobody wanted to take responsibilty and the correct file(s) couldn't be found with the appropriate details,he feels the ombudsman let him down big time but heyho, who is he? He recently received a letter (I couldn't upload it for some reason)stating "In line with the Financial Conduct Authority policy statement PS17/3 issued in March 2017, you can now make a further complaint against Swift Advances PLC (swift) under s.140A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, in relation to its failure to disclose commissions associated with the PPI policy which was sold to you" We are not entirely sure how to pursue this, any advice, links, info would be hugely appreciated. Thankyou. Dawn
