Pretty disgusted. Apparently the car was parked there for 12 minutes longer than permitted. We are regular Lidl customers and have a bank statement showing money spent during the 'offense'. Rang customer service, who weren't interested at all in helping. The letter came today, pretty upset by it, especially as money is tight at the moment. Spent time looking through newbie threads here and elsewhere, Would like to email the CEO as I see others have done this, couldn't find it though. Still unsure as to how exactly I should proceed. Any advice is really appreciated.

Particulars of claim 1.The claimants claim is for the sum of £1869.27 being monies due from the defendant to the claimant under an agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974. Between the defendant and Vanquis Under account reference - (the account number) and assigned to the claim on the 05/09/2014 notice of which has been given to the defendant. 2.The defendant failed to maintain contractual agreement and a default notice has been served which has not been complied with. 3.and the claimant claims 1897.27 the claimant also claims statutory interest pursuant to s.69 of the county court act 1984 at a rate of 8% per annum from the date of the agreement to date but limited to a maximum of one year and a maximum of 100 amounting to 145.44 ---------------------- I have logged in online and acknowledged this and asked for the extra 14 days to prepare my defence. What I am planning on doing tomorrow is sending through recorded delivery a request to both Lowell and Bryan Carter a request for all my account details and proof of me signing a contract. I have never spoken with any of these companies before so I am not sure what they have or have not issued. Any help/tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ian

hi there my partner currently works as a 7.5tonne driver as was told my his boss that the company would pay for the CPC course that they have to do by law, now after completing 2/5 days of the course his boss has now told him he's got to pay £368 for it or face being sacked with i think is very unfair. does he have any rights does his boss have to pay for it or does he not have a leg to stand on?
