  1. purchased a vehicle from corner park 6th june 2011 using their own finance company. the car was priced at £8195 i put a deposit down of 1250 , the amount of credit required was 6945 charge for credit was 6190 paying back in total 14385. i have paid in total of payments of 6061.40 if i include my deposit thats 7311.40. The settlement is 5993.70 and the agreement balance is 7073.60. i returned the vehicle due to threatening letters as i was in arrears the sum of £600 pound so took the car along with logbook new mot service history and returned it to the garage they credited my account with £5500 even though they sold the car for £6500 so in my eyes i owed them £493.70 to clear . They want £1568.60 to clear i do not understand how i owe this . in the 24 months i have had car they have had close to £14000 pound for it and still want more . i received a letter today addressed to me with my mothers name under mine in pen she had the same letter but to her address saying that she went guarantor for me this we are both adamant that is not true neither of us have any paperwork saying this at all the bill of sale is in my name not my mothers . i contacted them today they said she did sign and they emailed me a copy of the guarantor slip she signed but we're both so sure she did not sign this ,it is her signature but she also had a car from them the same time did they get her signature that way ? in the terms and conditions of the guarantor agreement they sent it clearly states any payments i default on both parties are to be notified this has never happened in the two years i have owned the car . all letters have always been just addressed to myself and never my mother we do not even live at the same address, why was her name in pen under mine and not done on the computer like the rest of the letter . why haven't either of us ever had a copy of this guarantor until now. my mother has bad credit the same as me how would they give her a car on their own finance and have her to guarantor mine as i put a deposit down she borrowed the full amount . i earn three times what she earns it all seems very under handed where do i go from here please help
