Hello, Please help, i'm looking for advice on an insurance claim. I had an accident in my dads van that i insured on a short term insurance site. I listed the address on the insurance documents as my dads a) it's his van & b)i am in the forces and move regularly. The address on my drivers license is different and will change as i was using the van to move out of the current address. Both addresses are 500miles apart. I failed to pick up in the terms and conditions that the address on my license must be the same as the address on the insurance policy. My questions are: Will the insurance agent declare the policy invalid? If they do, who is liable for the cost of recover so far (van towed out of ditch and taken to a garage)? Will it affect my other insurance policies? thanks........
