    My daughter went into a local car radio shop and they told her they could not do the repair but suguested another shop where it could be done. The other shop did the repair and charged her £100. A week later the radio stopped working, she brought it back and was told they could not rectify the repair. A refund was requested but they would not give a refund only a credit note. The question I am hopeing for advice on is can she demand the cash back or not. Thanks in advance for any help.
