  2. I am trying to help someone else who has an issue with this company. This person took out a new 24 month contract through them and got a free handset. After some months they couldn't maintain the payments, for various reasons, and the contract was terminated by the phone network. This person was then told they still had to pay the cost of the full contract and since then has kept up with reduced monthly repayments made via a DCA. They didn't argue at all.
