RBS got a DCA to chase me on a 12 year old debt but I kept ignoring the letters. It's now gone back to RBS and they've instructed Moorcroft. There's nothing on my credit file, probably due to the time scale. Do I just ignore them or issue a CCA straight away?

I came to return my brother's car and parked on the suspended bus stop which had been closed due to Gasworks mains replacement. Below is my letter to Newham, I have appeal on 18th Jan 2019 and need some guidance. The PCN ….. was issued while the vehicle was parked on the Bus Stop on Plashet Road. Plashet Road was closed due to Mains Replacement work on Green Street. Stukeley Road had notices stating that it was closed from 28th July to 5th October. The works overran the above schedule and I wasn’t aware of its completion until after I was informed about PCN. My brother was replacing carpet at his home and had borrowed by Toyota Previa to dispose off old carpet at the tip in Jenkins Lane. I came on Sunday to replace the car, I parked his little Swift and drove off with my Previa. Later my brother found the above-mentioned PCN on his car and sent me a message. I accept parking his Swift on the bus stop as the bus stop was suspended since the start of the work, all buses were being diverted via Stukeley Road. Had the notices stated the correct date and if the notices were removed after the completion of the works I would have realised the bus stop suspension was removed and not parked the Swift where I did. I will appreciate if you will revoke this penalty as I didn’t park the Swift to cause any obstruction and nor was it intentional. I hope to hear from you very soon.

How about banning mobile phone use on buses, it really has got out of control with people feeling that they have to shout..

Does anyone know whether electric wheelchairs are permitted on London buses? I am getting told yes by some TFL staff, and no by others. That suggests that I could end up with problems if the bus drivers are also unsure! Does anyone know a sensible, wheelchair friendly way of getting from Paddington train station to the Natural History Museum? I am trying to take my two autistic children, and I use an (electric) wheelchair. It does have to be Paddington as none of our trains go into any other station, so the underground seems to be impossible as no wheelchair access.

How is failure to comply with the above mentioned sign penalised outside London. I know in London it's by a PCN issued by a local authority but what about outside London. Is it a motoring offence dealt with through penalty points and a FPN issued by the police?

In April 2008, the English disabled (and older persons pass) persons bus pass changed. We're now able to use the passes between 9.30am & 11pm Monday-Friday and all day at weekends and Bank Holidays. I am sure I read somewhere that the rules are different if you use your pass in London - there is no Monday-Friday restriction? Unfortunately, I can't remember where I read this. Can someone please confirm whether this is correct, please? Thank you
