  1. I have recently had a CCA response from Robinson Way, regarding an old Burton card account. The CCA they have sent however relates to another older and closed account in my name, as the account numbers are different. Just wondering what the best approach is now. They have resumed collection activities but at present just threatening to send e-mails, letters & phone calls. Is it worth responding at the moment to point out the error or should I just let it run it's course for a while and see where it goes? Any advice would be appricated. Many thanks.
  2. Hi recently I SAR to santander and have received back info regarding a Burtons store card that I had, I honestly didnt realise I had PPI on the the card as I had signed up for the card in store one day I visited Burtons. (sales rep saying I need two signatures at the marked Xs) what I am asking is . .. do I have a claim for PPI, if so could someone please advise me what to do. I can upload images if anyone needs to have a look at terms & conditions and some statements.
  3. Please help!!! I am so clueless on whether I can refute my PCN or not. I entered the car park and was didn't notice the signs (not to say they weren't there but I was attending a hospital appointment and my mind was elsewhere). My appointment ran 2 hours over what it should have done and nobody in the hospital was around to even speak to about the time. I was originally going to complain to the hospital for their poor care (as were 2 other patients at the time) but I didn't as when it was over I just wanted to leave. I went over my ticket by 2 hours and 40 minutes. They have CCTV images of my vehicle entering and leaving the car park however you cannot make out who is driving. I am hoping I can contest this as they want £70 from me for over staying what would have cost about £4 in total!!! Is this allowed and can anybody please please advise the best way to deal with this. Its making me feel ill and im worrying ill go to court. If anybody can help with a template or even some advice I would be so grateful. Kat
  4. Hi All, Looking for some advice on whether I can claim mis-sold PPI on a Burtons storecard (Now Santander)dating back to the late 90's but was closed around 2007? Can anyone advise on this and if indeed there was PPI even applied to this type of card as I no longer have any paperwork just some direct debit entries on my current account to show when I had this card and the re-payments. Santander have already advised that they dont have any records of this, even though they supplied my account number on the response so find this hard to believe and think they are fobbing me off.
