  1. Hi, I am writting for some advices. I am a foreign student. It just happened yesterday. My friends and I were going form Sheffield to Manchester. It is too hurry so that I lost my YPC and ID in home. I realized that after arriving Manchester. So I could not present my YPC to the train staff. I was so terrified and may give "yes" responses to the staff for every question. He had record my details and said I will recieve a letter from the court. What should I do about this situation? I am not yet recovering from the shock today. Should I contact with the railway company first to explain the situation?
  2. Ok so its been a while since I did this with a bank account but I hoping its done the same way. Firstly I am going to request an SAR so I have everything in front of me. Do they have 40 to reply? I can't remember. I know I have to send £10 to cover costs. I have found a decent template too.
  3. It was my understanding that they were ordered by the FSA to write to all customers to whom they had sold PPI whether or not a claim might follow. From what I understand they didnt do this.. so why should they now be let off the hook ? Read more :- http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/business/industries/banking/article3658853.ece
  4. Hello Could someone confirm please when the 3 month period to submit a claim under the ETA commences (unfair redundancy dismissal). Is it when a notice of redundancy is first issued, or the date when you actually become redundant. My notice period has been extended, does this make any difference? Many thanks. C
  5. Hi all, Just to let you know there is light at the end of the tunnel. At my worst, I was paying around £700 per month to Payday loans (3 loans). I have now cleared 2 of them (Lending Stream and Payday Express) and have a repayment plan for Speed Credit of £100 per month for the next 3 months (clear just before Christmas). I know some of you will know the relief felt by this freedom, and want to let those of you who feel like you are stuck in the mire that there is a way out
