Hello guys, I hope you will be able to help/advice me on this one. I bought a a second hand car through the London used cars dealer at the end of July2015. After 31 days I noticed that there are some serious mileage discrepancies between MOT and service history booklet. I phoned all the garages from the stamped booklet and I found out that first six stamps, claiming to be a BMW garages, doesn't exist and that the numbers provided were answered by private people. I get back to the dealer asking for a full refund. It was rejected, given the reason of high mileage done on the car

Hi Guys, I'll apologies in advance if this is in the wrong forum, I couldn't find any that maybe relevant to this post. I have been to my local registrar office to book my wedding and was given a guidance booklet containing details for planning the wedding. We were led to believe that we could book the wedding on the Saturday morning, costing £100, whereas if it was booked in the afternoon, it would cost £260. Hi There Apologies to ask and I normally keep everything but I am unable to find my policy summary for a MPPI i have had on a mortgage with Halifax since 2003. Would anyone be able to help me and let me have either a copy of the booklet or the policy summary. Many thanks in advance.

I reread a booklet ESA40 04/11 that the job center sent me when I applied for ESA and I came across one thing that puzzled me, on page 16 in the 'other changes' that you have to notify them about it says go away from home, even if it is only for a day....so are they saying if you go out for the day to visit relatives or friends you have to notify them? Is this against human rights? They are saying you must stay at home or we stop your allowance? And does this still stand when I have been awarded full ESA(care)?
