  1. So, I took out a pet policy in January and agreed a monthly premium with Debenhams. They get BDML to administer the policy. Premium paid in January February and March by direct debit. No problems. Now Premium Credit have taken a £10 fee - because I haven't returned the credit agreement. Cant remember seeing it but what a big rip off - if I haven't sent paperwork back then why take my money? Stupid is as stupid does? They say they wont repay the £10 until I send the paperwork back but the eight double sided pages I have from Debenhams/BDML don't even mention it.
  2. Need advise please on what I can do next with the issue I have with an insurance company, BDML which seems to have been taken over by Capita. Quick run through: I had house insurance with BDML in 2010/2011, for a year. When renewal came about I cancelled this policy as I was moving. Heard nothing from them, no sorry you are leaving or any acknowledgment for anything else. Didnt think anything of it until I noticed in the May/June when I was sorting out my 6 monthly accounts that money had been taken from my bank account from BDML. Immediately I contacted my bank
  3. I've just been running through my bank slips of the last financial year for confirmin self assessment amounts and noticed one payment to this company. Looking back through the year before there was a previous amount (about 60% of the total). Am I right in thinking this has something to do with the AA and their pet insurance that was about in 2010/2011 ? If so I do not recall anything involving automatic renewals, certainly it's not somethng I would need either as our cat wandered off in February 2010 an hasn't been seen since.
