Afternoon everyone! I have successfully had 3 defaults removed, 3 debts written off and I am in the process of having one more default removed and debt written off! I have been on my journey for about a year! Its flew over, and brings me excitement to challenge these DCA! especially with so many positive results! I will be going into more and more detail! I use my sons car occasionally and managed to get a parking ticket, actually had a couple and got them quashed, and am paying one off at £1 per week to the City Council. Where I parked has a reputation for tickets to go missing, and thats what happened. At the end of the financial year the council in their wisdom send them to northampton and i didn't receive paperwork or son didn't or he misplaced it so it went to Marstons. I acknowledged it was mine and sent them the letter from my son to allow them to talk with me and a copy of my benefit letter, and they have taken no notice of my benefit letter at all. We've been playing email ping-pong Now they're not taking any notice that it mine and going after him again when I sent them an email stating my payment offer of £1 week as the other I am doing. How should I proceed. I feel like doing a full blown complaint
