Hi IMS and others, Another query! My other half has received a letter from HSBC upholding his PPI complaint about a credit card and offering a refund of premiums but only from 2005 to 2007. He's certain he's had the card for longer but has no statements from before that time to prove this. They say that they are only required to retain information on the account for the last 6 years and that this is their final offer.
