I've got this PCN that I don’t really agree with (not really sure ) Where I was driving is a very busy road and it has a traffic light right atthe front and faces the north circular road. Most of the time while driving people from right lane try to go in to theleft lane so that can carry on driving straight. I was right behind a car, you can see from the video we were all stoppedwhat i think at the red light and i moved as the car in front moved, I am surethe car in front had to stop to let car from the right lane to go in to theleft, leaving me then in the box. unfortunately that is impossible to see form the video, but you can only seeme in the yellow box. Can I appeal?
