Hi First, I want to say that some years ago I was a member, avid poster and grateful receiver of advice on CAG. I can now no longer remember my username and details so I've created this new profile. That said I have an issue to resolve: I have worked here for a number of years. I get a contractual 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + discretionary 3 days over Christmas. My employer has now announced that the discretionary Christmas leave will no longer happen and that we must reserve three days out of our 25 days annual leave to cover the Christmas shutdown.

Hi, Im hoping for some advice please. My ex is trying to get a share of my property by claiming beneficial interest. From what ive read he has no claim as we are not married, house is mine & he has never paid the bills or mortgage. He has applied for a unilateral restriction to be placed on my house. Ive read I can dispute this with the land registry but im not sure where to start & cant afford a solicitor. Does anyone know the process or anymore info? Will this mean I cannot sell or remortgage my house? Thanks for reading.

It all went to court and my partner was convicted of fraud and my name was removed from the loan . I recently found out that a charging order was placed on my home as a result of this court cas

What legislation allows secured creditors to just sit on their security...? because essentially all debts, whether they are secured or not are in fact included in BR. Anyone with any legislation would be gratefully received.....
