Hi, I would appreciate any advice on whether I should appeal this PCN. My sister has been taken into a nearby neorological hospital after having a bleed on her brain. I went to the horpital to take along some clothes for her, but the car park had no spaces, i parked in what I later found to be a resident only area (didnt see the signs) due to me being more concerned with her. ...I left my car in the area for ten minutes and on my return, it had been 'observed' for six minutes and was ticketed. I'm wondering it anyone can help in relation to a ticket I was issued at 4.30AM Sunday morning. On my way back from work, I stopped off to pick up some milk etc ( I was probably gone for about 10 minutes). I parked in a side road (Durham Road N7) - I don't have an issue with what I did, ie; I parked on double yellow lines, figuring at 4.30 in the morning there are no patrols. I question the morality and principles of ticketing people at that time in the morning (Trying to support local businesses by shopping locally.) I parked behind a car that was in a residents box. my sons car was involved in RTA police taped his car and insurance company was to come out to asses damage 10 days later he recieved call from police asking about car they were told insurance still doing work etc yesterday he returned home to find to tickets on his car. local PC cannot understand why PCSO booked car once let alone twice does anyone have any suggestions as to solving this many thanks
