  1. Long story short, my ex has been claiming High rate mobility and medium rate care for 4 years, shes never had an assessment, it was granted to her for chronic fatigue syndrome and the only evidence was a GP letter. I had no reason to disbelieve her, she always walked with 2 sticks and on outing made me push her in a wheelchair, during the night I'd need to help her use the toilet and before work, i'd help her out of bed and to get dressed. My friends all told me that I was being taken for a mug and there was actually nothing wrong with her and they knew it, I of course , back my ex , as at the time, I had no reason at all to disbelieve her. However, since we have split, family and friends have provided me with 4 videos of her walking, some distance, without her sticks, at a brisk pace and clearly not suffering any pain (She used to visually show it) Is there an email address I can pass these onto the DWP on ? I know there's an online form, but these video's cant be added to an online form. I might sound bitter, but im not, benefit fraud is something I am simply against 100%, she might have recovered since we split and thats fine, but shes still driving the same motability issued car and using her blue badge.

  3. The Welcome and UserCP bar is missing. Does it now only appear when ones time on the Forum has expired-or is it just my computer?
  4. Hi! I just want to say Hello to everyone as I am new here. KRS
  5. Hi I put a thread on here and despite 37 views not one comment? Am I doing something wrong? I haven't used this site in a while!
  6. OK, I decided to join this forum as it seems to be an almost limitless source of advice. Let's face it, the financial cesspit out there has only got deeper and more slimy as time passes. I've had recent PPI refund success with NRAM, £4843 back, thank you ! Currently tussling with Capital One over PPI. Not so obliging. Whatever your problem, good luck !
  7. Last night the bulb in the bathroom light blew and all upstairs lights went out - replaced the bulb but still no joy. Fuse in fusebox had blown (it's the old type with fuse wire). Got some 5 amp fuse wire from neighbour this morning and replaced in fuse. Still no upstairs lights ..... Any ideas ?
  8. One day, the wife comes home with a spectacular diamond ring. "Where did you get that ring?" her husband asks. "Well, she replies, "My boss and I played the lotto and we won, so I bought it with my share of the winnings." A week later, his wife comes home with a long shiny fur coat. Where did you get that coat?" her husband asks. She replies "My boss and I played the lotto and we won again, so I bought it with my share of the winnings." Another week later, his wife comes home, driving a flaming red Ferrari, You guessed it: Her share of the lotto winnings... That night, the wife asks her husband to run her a nice warm bath while she gets undressed. When she enters the bathroom, she finds that there is barely enough water in the bath to cover the bath plug. "What's this?" she asks her husband. "Well," he replies, "We don't want to get your lotto ticket wet, do we?"
  9. Rossendales are pursuing me for a debt I owe to the Child support agency of approx £6,000. I am currently ill and receiving employment and support allowance. My wife works but does not earn enough for us to pay everything, leaving us with a defeceit each month. The children the CSA want money for are nothing to do with my wife anyway. I have had two visits from the bailiffs, each time just to deliver letters. I have made an offer to Rossendales of £10 per month, although I am going to struggle to meet that arrangement. They have turned down this offer as it is, in there eyes, too little and will take years to pay off. Can someone please tell me where and how I stand now legally in this? Will the bailiffs come and empty my house? The vast majority of things in the house are the possessions of my wife. What can I do? Please tell me what they are legally aloud to do and what I can do. Thank you.
