I can't see that Camerons EU changes will persuade the ' out' supporters to change their minds and it also won't firm up the 'remain' supporters. If anything Camerons attempt to persuade the country that he has negotiated significant changes might actually backfire, causing some who support remain and undecideds to change their minds to support an out vote. I am firmly pro EU and nothing would convince me that the UK would be better off leaving the EU. Leaving the EU would create a mess, that would take years to sort out. It might actually lead to the break up of the EU and the UK. If the UK opts to leave the EU, you can bet that other EU countries will want referendums and some may well vote to leave. Scotland will no doubt vote to leave the UK at a future referendum.
