Hi, Hope this is in the correct forum. Been a longer time member of Quidco and have made a few £ back from my purchases over the years. Looking to reduce our monthly outgoings I saw a nice offer from Sky on Quidco for Sky Digital TV with cash back estimated in January 2015. Got Sky installed, paid the first bill and checked my Quidco and the estimated payment has changed from 11-01-2015 to 24-04-2015, 4 months extra has been added to the estimated payment. I have queried this with Quidco and they have stated that Sky are currently only paying out after 4 months. The problem I see is that Quidco are still advertising Sky offers with Estimated payments in February 2015 when they know full well Sky are taking 4 months. Would this come under false advertising to entice customers up to these offers when they know full well the cash back dates are completely incorrect, even false. Regards George

Not sure if i choose the correct place to post this thread, but i couldn't find anywhere more suitable to post it , if i made the wrong choice i'm sorry about that, The issue that i would like to make people aware of is with quidco and it's somewhat over zealous stance on what customer retailer reviews that they will publish, My review was regarding my personal experience having made a purchase through the quidco web site in order to get rewarded with a cash back, The retailer was RAC i purchased breakdown cover back in dec 2013, The cashback failed to track, I raised a claim with quidco ,only last month was i informed that the cashback was going to be paid, and to be fair to quidco it was paid during this month , My review was highlighting the length of time from date of purchase to the date that the cash back was paid , there are already older reviews for the RAC saying similar , but for some unknown reason quidco have censored my review and won't publish it, this is what i don't understand, it makes me angry that they are trying to suppress the truth about one of the retailers who are poor at paying cash backs out, i think that any potential customer who considers buying their breakdown cover via Quidco and possibly other cashback sites should be aware of how long it may take to get the cash back

I had an account with Quidco and when the balance went above £500 the ceased it for themselves. They are claiming that one of the offers I went for was only available once per customer. This is true now, as they have updated their terms, but it was not the case when I made my orders. They are now quoting article 8 in their terms and conditions which allows them to take money whenever the like. My account was showing that Quidco themselves had received the money on the 1st of November. This is how my account looked last week: Now nothing. Has anybody else had a similar experience?
