  1. I have been helping my Nephew with His PPi on His Mothercare Card. He honestly didnt know what it was. He even had Menangitis and was very ill and didnt claim. Had problems with DCA but has caught up and nearly paid off . Only realised he had PPI when I looked at his statement and told him. Put in a claim for him and this isthe response. Absolutely terrible was sold the card at a till in the shop. The card was originally issued by GE Can you advise next move please.
  2. we got mothercare card which was issued by GE Money and we never had any problem because i was using it every month and pay the money in before charges occurs. but since santandar took over they close the card down as result of that i cant pay in account because i was putting my salary in this card and use it and avoid charges as the circle was running fine. because of Santander stopping the card i cant do that any more so i was paying minimum but getting interest charged. got fed up with the interest and stop paying them and told them stop interest and i will pay fix monthly until i pay off, they refused now my account is with dryensfairfax solicitors and i have seen this article below link so any idea guys what to do next .
