Ive had a recent spurt of bad luck With this car. my car was vandalised in December. i repaired it. and it been vandalised again yesterday. last week i received a "Notice To OWNER" Dated 7th January 2013 for a PCN That was dated on the 3rd of December. However i have not seen PCN stuck to my windscreen, on the website i went to look at the Evidence and the pictures are somewhat unrecognisable. however you can see a PCN under a wiper which looks like a Dark tinted window. my rear window is tinted. if you look hard and know your cars you will reconise it as a Landrover Rangerover. However the colour was Noted as Black. Mine is Blue. also The make was also noted as a RangeRover not a LANDROVER as the model is the RANGEROVER and the SPEC is Vogue. I Did park Fully on the Grass verge outside my sisters. (When i have parked on the road on on of my older 4x4 it was damaged by a van trying to squeeze past) I did Do an informal Challenge online. and Received a Refusal on the basis of what I have said above. This is what is stated on the on-line Portal. HELIER AVENUE, MORDEN Contravention Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than the carriageway (on grass verge) so i emailed this to to local authority I am appealing this notice to owner. i have no idea where or when this contravention happened, The information on the pcn online is wrong and the picures are not clear at all. The Make of the car is noted wrong, my vehcle has a GREEN OVAL on the front and back Stating the Make. which is not what Make you have stated on the PCN notice online. I have never had a PCN ticket stuck to my windscreen nor handed to me in person. The colour of the Vehicle is noted as BLACK on the online PCN. I can clearly state that my Vheicle is not Black nor is it dark enough to be confused as black. The photos you have provided show no information what the car is nor is the licence number clearly visible. i beleive your Enforcement officer has made a poor mistake and that the wrong details may have been inserted, as i have not parked on the grass at St hiller avenue. and the evidence is not clear enought fo make a judgment i look forward in receiving your reply. Thankyou. on the other hand my wife has bad Epilepsy. She did Have seizure some time around the time of the PCN. (as per her diary) I will post the Notice to Owner and the Refusal tomorrow.

I received an enforcement letter yesterday from Merton Council bailiff after I mixed an installment payment of £44 which I was suppose to pay at the end of September. PCN/Liability order £237, Admin fees £75, Attendance costs £235, Total £547 . The previous amount I was to pay is £237 but now it has increased to £547.

Hi, can anyone help me. I owe two PCNs due to redundancy and unemployment could not pay. Now working offered them a monthly payment they wouldn't accept. Parked my car near a station today came home and car been seized. Phoned police they said that it had been seized by merton baiffs. Phoned them but not open until tomorrow morning. Beside myself. What happens now? how much do you think it will take to get car back?

Hi Just received this PCN, I was under the impression that if it is broken lines on a bus lane (the car was at the end of the bus lane where there is a bus stop, as you can see in the photos) you can go move into a left hand lane, keeping traffic flowing without penalty? Obviously I must be wrong, because I got the ticket, but wanted to check. It's so annoying because I am normally so careful. Thanks in advance
