I am in the WRAG group but since my medical other conditions have come to light. Am I allowed to ask for a GL24 form and send it in - or do I have to wait for my next medical. If I am allowed to do it myself where do I get one from. Thanks

Went for atos medical on 5th April ( absolute farce!!).got a letter today 17th may telling me I failed.what I don't understand is the date the letter was sent is the 13th may.but the decision says from 25/04/13 I am not entitled to ESA yet I received a payment on the 25th April & 9th may.will I have to pay this back.thanks.

Hi, I was moved to wrag from i.b on filling esa50 with out atos medical as I do suffer with lots of health issue. I do have unstable angina and this medical condition is should be under support group. Upon taking advice from cab I call dwp and ask for gl24 last week.they stop my payment this week. Is it true if you appealing then they stop your payment? I was getting payment under I.B:???::???:

I have sent in my esa50 five weeks ago. Just got a call today from a witheld number.They were saying my name and asked if I was that person, But the line was very poor I asked who they were but had to give up in the end as, The line was very poor. Do ATOS ring you from a witheld number.Or am I stressing for nothing thanks for your help.

Anyone else had this problem? I sent my GL24 off on the 8th May but nothing received. I went into the JobCentre on the Friday and they faxed it but they tell me that they have not received it. Had to apply for a crisis loan to see me through this week. Has anyone else experienced such delays?
